The hunting season is just beginning for this year, why not test your skills on one of Birr Equestrian Centre's pre-hunt courses? Under the watchful eye of one of our instructors, our seasoned hunting horses will show you the ropes over every imaginable type of obstacle and have you riding like a master for the coming season!
Birr Equestrian Centre has a stong relationship with the neighbouring hunts.
Join the hunt for an unforgettable experience racing across the fields of Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Tipperary, and then head to the local pub in the evening to enjoy the craic.
There are hunts typically available Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
The centre offers a wide variety of well schooled hunters noted for their temperaments and stamina.
Pre-hunt courses are also available for riders who have no previous hunting experience or who desire further practice.
